If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 48 hours.
Customers who have made a payment will be offered either a store credit or full refund (customer to choose).
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
If the item is faulty, we will exchange it within 15 days after purchase. After that period all items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged using the product warranty (if applicable).
