Change of Mind
If you purchased an item and no longer need it, simply return it back to us within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less delivery.
All items must be received back in original condition, unopened and unused in order to qualify for a return program. Please contact our team prior to posting the goods.
Damaged and Faulty Stock
Playdex offers 30 days free return program for damaged of faulty stock.
If your products are not operatings correctly or arrive damanged, please advise Playdex customer service team within 30 days.
You will then be able to return the product to us using a REPLY PAID address and have a repalcement mailed to you as soon as possible.
Warranty
Shop with confidence knowing that every product purchased on this site is covered by full manufacturer's warranty.
If you experience a problem with one of our products after the first 30 days, there is no need to worry. Simply contact our team and if your product is still within its warranty period (usually 6-12 months) you will be able to post it back for immediate exchange or store credit.
Please ensure that you contact our team prior to posting the goods. Products must be returned to Playdex within 14 days after the claim was approved.
Although we do not offer a REPLY PAID service for warranty claims after the first 30 days, we would ship a replacement product for no extra charge.
