Brand Information
Playskool was founded back in 1901 by Lucille Kind. It originated as a Playskool Institute and was part of the John Schroeder Lumber Company. It was then purchased several times by various companies until 1968 when Hasbo purchased Playskool. It remains their subsidiary to this day.
